School Gardens: Grow Positive Thoughts

Being outdoors in the garden feels more purposeful and imaginative, which is sometimes lost in a traditional learning environment. Learners will have a sense of the care, nurture, and time that a garden needs to thrive by being active participants in the planning, prepping, planting, and harvesting process.

I learned about these programs during a Pro-D day and I found them very helpful and useful if you want to get started with gardening at your school.

Program application is at the start of the school year and all programs are free.
